It is my greatest honor to be able to walk alongside you as you journey through counseling. Showing up to counseling is a hard first step, and I am already so proud of you for starting this work.

Above all else, I value creating a space for you to process, learn, and heal by meeting you with empathy, gentleness, and hope. I practice a holistic approach, focusing on how your body, heart, and mind encounter your season’s difficulties. In addition to looking at your own life, I find it important to place you in your life’s context, examining the structures and systems that may be contributing to the challenges you’re facing. I utilize person-
centered, cognitive behavioral, and emotion focused therapies with brain-body connection interventions all through the lens of uniquely supporting and empowering you.

I obtained my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College and my bachelor’s in Psychology from Clemson University. I have enjoyed working with a variety of clients, and I look forward to getting to know and journeying alongside you. I hope we can take this wonderful chance to meet who you were born to become.
