I believe that children express themselves most authentically through play. By partnering with parents and caregivers, I facilitate children’s exploration of their feelings, development, and coping skills using a variety of therapeutic tools, including art, games, and creative activities. I view all behavior as a form of communication and by using techniques such as positive reinforcement, we can help children who struggle with challenging behaviors to bloom.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP) with a graduate degree from Boise State University. I am passionate about supporting young children on their journeys toward emotional and behavioral well-being. My therapeutic approaches include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
