Bailey Dabney, LPCA

My name is Bailey Dabney, but most people know me as Bay! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I received my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University and my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. Throughout my counseling journey, I have worked individually with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of counseling settings. I am a dedicated therapist that helps each individual develop the skills necessary to meet their personal goals in a safe, confidential, and judgement-free zone.

 

I value the importance of an authentic, collaborative relationship with each client. Everyone's mental health journey is unique; therefore, I create an individualized approach tailored to the client's specific needs. I utilize techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I will accompany you on your journey as we work together to build on your unique strengths and navigate life's challenges.
