Madison Liberta, LMFTA

I believe therapy is a meaningful space to reconnect with yourself, work through internal tension, and foster a greater sense of clarity, balance, and emotional well-being. It’s a place to slow down, reflect, and be supported with openness and acceptance.

I received my Masters of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling at California State University, Fresno. I work through a person-centered lens, grounding my approach in the belief that healing begins with a safe and trusting relationship. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore at your own pace.

I have experience supporting children and individuals through life’s transitions, including the challenges of parental separation, identity development, and emotional regulation. I help young clients build coping skills that foster resilience and emotional well-being through the use of play therapy.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and approaches grounded in empathy, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and ways of expressing themselves. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, parent-child conflict, trauma, or relational struggles, together we can collaborate to develop positive coping skills that help you feel more stable and balanced in life.

I believe each person holds the capacity for growth and healing within themselves. My role is to walk alongside you to help you access those inner resources, and support you as you reconnect with your sense of self.
