Jessica Arellano, LPCA
People and connections matter. I am honored you are considering me to join you on your therapy journey. Before entering the counseling field, I worked in nonprofit settings supporting individuals through challenging circumstances, which deepened my passion for walking alongside others. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbia International University.

I enjoy working with teens, young professionals, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique story. Drawing from person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

I believe in the power of hope and resilience, and I look forward to supporting you as you take steps toward greater well-being. My training includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also integrate experiential activities, mindfulness, and psychoeducation as important parts of my practice.
