Hi, my name is Grant and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA).

I bring a warm approach to the counseling room, where I seek to help children, adults, and couples find freedom from their struggles. I enjoy working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relational issues.

I received my master's in clinical and mental health counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. During my time at Cumberlands I learned the importance of caring for each client as an individual. While I use modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Attachment-based therapy, each session will differ based on the individual I am working with and what works best for them
