Therapy for children, adults, and families — rooted in dignity, curiosity, and authentic connection.

Let’s get curious—not judgmental.

I support neurodivergent children, adults, and their families, as well as others who feel out of step with the world around them or carry complex, layered identities. Whether you’re exploring your identity, learning to navigate life on your own terms, or seeking a space to feel truly seen, I offer therapy that centers around compassion, creativity, and curiosity.

About My Clients

I work with neurodivergent folks (diagnosed or self-identified), including ADHDers, autistic individuals, sensory-sensitive humans, and those who experience the world a little differently. Many of my clients are still figuring things out—identity, career, relationships, or daily functioning—and are seeking more ease, confidence, and self-trust.

I also work closely with children and their families, supporting kids in understanding their inner world, expressing big feelings, and developing tools that work for them. Caregivers are welcomed into the process with warmth and validation—we work as a team to create more connection, predictability, and self-understanding at home and beyond.

How I Work

I meet you where you are—no masking, no “fixing.” Together we explore the inner workings of your brain, body, mind, and spirit, and discover what supports you. My approach blends science and soul, integrating modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and polyvagal approaches, and motivational interviewing.

Sessions are a space for you (or your child) to reconnect with values, feel resourced, and grow from a place of dignity and worth. Therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical—I bring warmth, humor, and a “compassionate nerd” energy to the work we do together.

What You’ll Gain

Clients often leave our work with:

A stronger sense of self and belonging

Greater day-to-day ease and clarity

Increased confidence and self-worth

Validation and appreciation for their strengths

Tools for living in alignment with their values

Let’s Start With One Step

Therapy with me is not about fixing what’s “wrong” — it’s about honoring what’s right, true, and resilient in you, and building a life that supports your wholeness.

I look forward to walking alongside you!
