My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where children, adolescents, and adults feel heard, valued, and understood. Whether working with a child learning to manage big emotions, a teenager facing life transitions, or an adult seeking clarity and balance, I tailor each session to meet the individual’s developmental and personal needs.
