Jessica Gilliam, LMSW

My name is Jessica, or you can call me Jessa for short. I am a compassionate therapist specializing in treating adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mind-body techniques, to support you holistically and in a strength-based manner. I have experience working with diverse groups of people and have helped individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship issues. 

 

My therapeutic philosophy revolves around empowerment and collaboration. I aim to assist you in exploring and understanding your strengths, facilitating lasting positive changes in your life. In our sessions, I cultivate a safe and supportive environment, free from judgment, where you can share your experiences openly. I am here to support you on your journey through the challenges of personal growth, relationship dynamics, and mental well-being.
