Alyssa Livanos, LPCA
My passion for working in the helping profession developed while working with survivors of complex trauma and providing services to survivors of domestic violence during graduate school. This experience allowed me to understand the widespread impact of trauma, which is the lens I practice from when working with children, youth, and adults. I also recognize that we are all affected by trauma differently, and I want you to know that there is no trauma that is “too small” or “too big” for us to process in therapy. My goal is to provide you with the safe space you need in order to heal from the challenging emotions you feel, provide you with tools to process and integrate your experiences in order to live the life you want moving forward.
