As a licensed counselor and supervisor, I have a natural draw to providing support to others. Helping others recognize their strengths and develop the confidence to act on them brings me energy. I believe that when we feel safe enough to authentically express our emotions and needs that we are better equipped to develop healthy relationships with others. Reaching this place means that we approach therapy with the knowledge that it is a safe place to have calm and open opinions, disagreements and discussions. When we grow up in family systems that do not teach us how to safely engage in conflict, we can avoid, become defensive, or people please. My goal is to help you shift any unhealthy beliefs and behaviors around conflict and communication. 

My office is an LGBTQ+ affirmative place where you are safe to express your true self without fear of judgement. If you are trying to navigate your sexuality or gender identity, I am able to walk along side you through that process.
